Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of HelprDash.
1. The Service
HelprDash provides a business platform for tradespeople — WhatsApp messaging, job management, invoicing through your own Stripe or Xero, scheduling, and related tools. We provide the software; you remain responsible for your business, your customers, and your work.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be operating a genuine UK trade business to subscribe.
3. Subscriptions & Payment
- Plans are £99, £249, or £449 per month. You can change or cancel at any time.
- Lead credits are a separate pay-as-you-go purchase, charged only for leads our AI scores 7 or above.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.
- A dead-phone lead reported within 48 hours is refunded in full as credit.
4. Money & Liability
HelprDash never holds your money. Invoices are issued and paid through your own connected Stripe or Xero account. Contracts are delivered through the platform but authored by you — you are responsible for their content and legal validity.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not use HelprDash to send spam, mislead customers, or break the law. Misuse of the WhatsApp Business API (against Meta’s policies) may result in suspension.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, third-party outages (Stripe, Meta, Supabase), or your own use of the platform.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure you can export your data within 30 days; after that it may be deleted.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
