What We Collect
We collect your business name, email address, phone number, and the job and customer data you enter (job details, scheduling, invoicing references). This is the information needed to run the platform on your behalf.
How We Use Your Data
- Operate HelprDash, including WhatsApp messaging via the Meta WhatsApp Business API.
- Process subscription payments through Stripe — we never store your card details.
- Send service emails via Resend (account, billing, and platform notifications).
- Store your data securely using Supabase, hosted in the EU/UK.
We never sell your data.
Who We Share With
We share data only with the processors required to deliver the service:
- Supabase — secure data storage (EU/UK).
- Stripe — payment processing (no card data held by us).
- Meta (WhatsApp Business API) — customer messaging.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time by emailing fusionx212@googlemail.com.
